Paint Booth High Alkaline Cleaner

Powdered, high-alkaline cleaner and paint stripper for spray and immersion systems.ChemWorld Strip Powder is:
  • lend of select alkali’s, non-phenolic penetrating agents, anti-scale agents, dispersant, and wetting agents.
  • Low in odor and provides rapid penetration and emulsification of even the most difficult soils and finishes, such as, urethanes, polyesters, epoxies, and even powder coatings.
  • Also effective in removing many types of inks, pigments, rust, and light scale around heat exchange areas.
  • Exhibits extended tank life and is safe and economical when compared to liquid stripping formulations.
  • Suitable for use in industrial immersion hot alkaline paint stripping soak operations.
  • Unique in its soil penetration ability due to a special combination of solvents absorbed into the product which loosens even resinous paint. If the solution can contact surfaces, the paint and build-up can be removed. Laboratory pre-testing of the stripper for effectiveness is typically recommended prior to start-up.
USE INFORMATION:
Concentration:
  • Light Paint and/or Oil Residue (0.25) pound per gallon
  • Moderate Paint; Heavy Oils and Soils (0.50) pound per gallon
  • Thick Paint and Extreme Residue (1.0 – 2.0) pounds per gallon
Operating Temperature: 140 - 210F.
Metallurgy: Only use on ferrous metals. Will severely attack aluminum.
